There are over 1.5 million condominium units in Florida, with approximately 37% located in Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Broward accounts for around 16.5%, while Miami-Dade has more than 20.5% of the total condo units1. Additionally, Florida saw a record-high number of townhouse and condo sales in 2021, reaching 160,000 sales.
